1. CP Pistons are top notch, you'll have no problem there. I think you mean .020" or .5mm over though.
2. Eagles/Manley H Beam - They're both around the same price. LOTS of people run the Eagles and have no complaints so it's really up to you.
3. ACL/Clevite 77 - Again that's up to you, nothing wrong with either manufacturer.
4. You mean ARP main studs? Don't forget to get the ARP head studs also.
5. New Oil pump - Great time to change this since the motor is apart, you should also look at the water pump/timing chain. Make sure those are still good.
6. OEM oil pan - Why go OEM? Moroso and Greddy make larger baffled alternatives.

@ jdizzle
1.yes pistons are top notch and size yes 86.5 i dont wanna hurt the sleeve to its potential
2.i am leaning more towards eagle but will the perform gud on power loads
3.clevite is good but arp has so many to decide i just checked mazworx cant decide what acl to choose
4.i have head studs arp new style and cosworth gasket
5.when build its necessary to take old one
6. i can think on this one might be greddy is better

i wanna ask one thing i checked mazworx they are also selling 19mm wide bearing are they good ?????? give me input on those

thanks for good feedback appreciated

Get a Greddy, Tomei or Moroso pan for sure. Take your time.

Those cams are both undersized for your power goals... For 500hp, you're going to want some pretty good sized cams, and you'll definitely want the 35r over the 30r.

On a side note, I demand pics of you with the cars you claim you own in your bio. ;) Something about your typing just doesn't add up to any of that.

Meh, can't see them at work. A dictionary is a resource for words and definitions, not pictures of people and their cars, so when you're trying to be a smart a** to me, at least use correct vocabulary. Maybe you need the dictionary? ;) Either way, I'll check out the pics tonight. If you really do own all of those cars, awesome. Maybe you should try typing like an adult instead of a 4th grader.

Explains a lot. The way you typed, I seriously thought I was talking to a child. You not being from the states explains the broken English, though. The cars look nice.

Wow, lots of nice and interesting cars. I wish more people knew about/used the Mazworx's head & main studs for their SR builds. The head studs they have made are still ARP material, but they seat completely into the block whereas the ARP studs do not fully seat. Their main studs also do not require you to machine the upper oil pan for clearance, but the ARP ones do. Good luck with the build man. Your Redtop looks really nice btw. Also, where are you located?

Make a build thread and update it as you put your motor together with pictures!
