My girlfriend works a small little bank in a tiny town. Yesterday on my way to school I got a call from her saying they were the victims of a hold up. I won't state what I want to do if they find this guy, but I figured I'd share. Here's a link to the article.http://www.rep-am.com/news/383858.txtThats my girlfriend in the pic

Wow,

Sucks. My friend glad she is ok. We are going to see/witness more of these for the next few years with the economy being at the rock bottom and still digging. Some people desperate for money and they are out to get some in any possible way.

Sorry to hear about this horrible incidence. I am glad she is okay. I hope she isn't shaken up too much. Be there for her to help her get over the fright of being a victim of such an act. I am sure she will be fine.

Wow....thats horrible

Good thing she's not hurt and that everyone is safe. Everything else can hopefullly take care of itself, but you can't replace people. Count your blessings that you didnt get a different type of phone call about the situation.

Bank robbings are almost a weekly occurrence in the Atlanta metro area, but rarely does anyone get hurt. I'd rather be a teller getting robbed with a note, than getting carjacked!

I'm glad she's OK!

Sucks to hear man, I'm sure she'll be fine though... A guy in Halifax (Jimmy Melvin Jr.) just got shot at twelve times, hes in hospital right now. his father (known gangster) was shot two weeks ago... he was in hopital... but both survived for now... The police are warning people that we're in a drug war, kinda crazy, been going on for years I used to hang with his little brother

Thanks guys.Ya she's fine. She was pretty nonchalant about it last night. I skipped class to go be with her and make sure she's ok. Had a tough time sleeping so we spent most of the night talking about different things. She's my gf......she's a trooper

Thats nice! A good woman is hard to find, and so if you find her, keep her--let the wedding bells ring . I hope you got lots of loving for being there for her. Have a popcorn on me.

Sorry to hear that man. Glad everything is okay though. I worked at a bank for a couple of years and was fortunate enough not to experience a robbery (as much as I've always wanted to press the silent alarm button, I didn't care to be robbed).

My branch was robbed once while I was off and a hostile takeover took place after I stopped working there. I also filled in at another branch for a week when that branch was taken over by robbers. Apparently that one was really bad and many employees were traumatized. A competing bank across the street from that one had several robberies take place over a fairly short period of time. A few of my friends worked at that one but luckily they had already moved on by the time the robberies occurred. Scary stuff...
