Alright, me and my ghetto 240 have been on these boards before, but I can't remember my log in info, so here I am, debunked to noob status.

ANYWAY...

The seatbelt issue.

Yesterday, my lovely driver side auto-seatbelt decided to stop working. It's pretty much just stuck in the drive position. I'm not sure if this is a mechanical issue, or an electrical one. I'm sure this is probably fairly common. I did a search and the only thing that came up was some guy wanting to remove his seatbelts. So if anyone knows how I might get around to resolving this issue, let me know. The belts have been a little sick anyway, taking a very long time to move from point A' to point B'. (Very annoying.)

Next, the clutch. The clutch is a XTD stage 2. About two years old. It was going great until recently. When you shift into 2nd gear, it shudders pretty bad, then smooths out with higher RPMs. It's the only gear that does this. It seems to only happen when you juice the throttle pretty good in 2nd.Let me guess...my new clutch is dying, right?

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Just replace the whole damn thing...or go different route. I got both sides in my shed Soon to have another pair as well.

What do you mean by contamination? In the fluid? I had to replace the slave cylinder about a year back...think that might be it?

I'm still worried that the clutch is messed up...

And now the seatbelt thing is working sometimes and then not other times..like it will get stuck in random places...How hard is it to install a new belt?
