First of all I want to say how neat is this forum you guys!!! :rotfl I have a infiniti 35x sedan it's been about a year since I had it. I love love my car but my battery keeps dieing on me. Carmax from where i purchased just told me the battery was a dude i just had brought 2 weeks ago. So I went back to Sears to get my battery replaced for free and then guess what ten days later i went to start my car and it clicked a couple of times and then died. So Im wondering should i take it back to Carmax or just a nissan dealership and what the heck is draining my battery :gotme

have you checked to see if anything is drawing amps off of it?

well if you are covered under warranty then i would just swing into the dealer and let them handle it for you.

I just had this problem with my G35...it was a seat switch that was making the battery die and bringing the alternator down. Some liquid (soda probably) was wasted on the switch and couse it to short out somehow! Check that.

Hopefully this will be covered under warranty. If not i'd let car max know about it. There could be all kinds of things that can short out and cause a drain.

Unless it's obvious abuse the dealership should repair the issue under warranty.

if you haven't already, you should have your alternator tested as well
