My fuel pump went?

I have a rough shakey idle at low RPMs,but at about 3500rpm it seems to even out. could it be the mythical fuel pump crash most B13s get?

Sounds more like a maf issue or tps.

I'll be sure to check those. Any idea where the TPS is located on the GA16DE?
