I really don't know what it could be, but I'd pull the track out and see if anything is stuck in there or see if anything is getting caught anywhere.

Its easier if you pull the actual window off by itself and then pull the track out, at least it was in my case. There are only 4 bolts (I think) to get the track out.

iirc its not too different than an s13. Basically there are 2-4 screws strategically placed around the door. Normally one near the hinge, one in the little bucket handle-thing where the window switch is, and if its the passenger side then you have the one in the handle. Take a flathead screwdriver or something similar and use it to pop out all the rivet-things around the door (youll known when you get one, they pop quite audibly), once you get that, lift up on the door panel to separate it from the door, disconnect the plug on the backside and there ya go

ok. got the pannel open! and we find out a little white box (where the wires of the switches go to) is making the click sound. has "AMP" written on it. does that mean the motor is dead again?

...

That is the window motor AMP. It amplifies current.

Try wiggling and cleaning the connectors; that happened to my S13; it was just loose.

took little amp out today, and there is no sign of broken connection. everything looked fine.... i checked ur tut vancouverbc very helpful. but now i looked at window diagnoses the other cause of this is the window regulator, is that the motor? and if so why the motor keeps on dieing on this door?

the regulator is integral part of motor assembly, im guessing. reg is the gears if i remember. or the part that connects gears to window.

hook the old motor to 12v ie car battery. pretty clear that motor is not problem. i would guess the amp needs replacing. make sure the window is not stuck. you should be able to hear the motor though, if it is stuck.
