Nope. But I've ferried more than a few back and forth to appointments, the SSDI office, and Section 8 interviews. A few quarters in a cup is for people who need to do that to make themselves feel better or those who believe in karma - I don't.

Only on a micro level - I have little interest in the macro scene. My influence is best exerted within my locus of control, not on issues I have no realistic bearing on.

It's normal for a person in the transformation period to become confused over the extent of their liberal feelings. They often make statements that are self-contradictory. This happens all the time. It is typically short lived.

It's also not uncommon for a emerging liberal to see this as a religious awakening. Many others have reported a born again feeling. I suspect that's what you're doing. You're confusing your coming of age as a religious experience. That's a good sign my friend.

im so glad that you are being so NOBLE as to put aside any distractions from this thread rather than defend your ludicrous slanderings of OUR president, the very same president who not 48 hours prior had announced the assassination of OBL. Apparently saving the economy, passing mortgage reform, passing healthcare, maintaining Gitmo, maintaining Military spending, maintaining Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, these acts arent sufficient to earn your praise. i guess they arent enough to overcome the fact that he was born black.
