I've always loved nissan, the 300zx especially and now I have the pleasure of owning one. I bought an 88 300zx(non turbo) and so far it runs good, I'm having my mechanic look at it later this. I drove it 100 miles at highway speed to get it home and had zero issues so hopefully she's not in too rough.

Any advice on where I can find some interior parts, like door panels

MSA(zcarparts.com), blackdragonauto.com, courtesyparts.com are the biggest suppliers of OE and aftermarket parts form these cars. there are some smaller more specialized dealers as well. Where are you located? there are often regional people who part out cars, something as simple as including a location in your profile might help you get better results.

If you are looking for matching color interior parts there are none in existence anymore. However, there is a guy in SoCal that goes into junk yards and gets color matching interior and other parts that are hard to find. I got a bunch of Maroon interior parts for my car and all were in very good condition, he's honest and will tell you the exact condition.
