Did you try resetting the automatic up positioning?
If you are taking it to the dealer anyway disregard this. For any of the other people who experience this a quick test that may save you a trip to the dealer.
~First off close the doors~Put the suspect window up using the switch, not in the auto (there are two position settings) ~Once the window is all the way up continue holding the switch in the up position (not auto)for ~5 seconds. ~Try operating the window manually down then up to verify operation.~Once the window is down pull the switch to initiate the auto up function. If the window goes all the way up and operates correctly now then the position learning was erased and is now reset.
If the above procedure doesn't resolve the problem then the motors ability to retain its closed position may be lost. Although I have yet to see a 37 window motor fail (the switched suppliers from the original 35s I think).
Keep us posted on what they find Matt.
