It’s called “smoking” among auto enthusiast. There’s a couple of ways to do it. You can buy covers/film to go over them but the ones that look really good require much more work and it’s a bit more expensive. This requires removing the lights, sanding them, painting/staining them, followed by a lot more sanding and then finally some type of clear finish.
