Had a freaking blast being able to finally wring it out legally. I know now the importance of good tires/grip. I run a SR20det with bolt-ons, tein flex coilovers, steering quickener, lsd etc... but nitto neogens were my fail point i think. 215/40-17 frt and 225/45-17 in back. they under and oversteered like a b****.

The event was held @ Hulman Airfield in Terre Haute, IN. the course was larger than average for scca autox with my best time being 47.2sec

first few vids are me then the others were just random footage i took. and for all you primer black haters... function over form for the 240 right now

Yep. Reading does wonders. Besides if hes going to do this regularly, there are far better things he can upgrade over paint...

yea it bothers me sometimes.. i just have so much i want to do to it performance wise and she needs a lot of tedious work if i paint it glossy black. i might go for a semi-gloss type black to hide my body work.

Congrats on your first autox, it's a blast. Now you're going to be figuring out ways to spend money to make your car faster, I know I do

well they are my first set of coilovers ever so im not used to the harshness... but i love the adjustability and the handling capabilities. have had them for 3 or 4 years and still working great.

i installed the steering quickener replacing the steering shaft between the column and rack. it cuts the steering ratio in half. i love the quickness but it takes away a lot of feedback.
