Do a little research? I wrote up an EXTENSIVE rebuild DIY that I linked in the FAQ that explains your question.

Also check out nissanparts.cc. I got a lot of my parts for my rebuild from them for cheaper.

cool. is there a big quality difference between oem and aftermarket? ive been looking at acl bearings until i came across the size issue. i guess i have to wait til the machine shop tells me what i need to get.

like hijacker said, search faq. unless you have a spun bearing you should be fine with standard sizes. look at the bearings when you pull them, they will have the size and part# stamped in the back of them. as far as oem, there are different grades/sizes in standard size. reason being, the SR is a factory blueprinted motors. i would go oem personally so you can get the clearances just right again. search for the sizing chart, and plastigauge will be your friend/enemy. unless you have a spun bearing then the machine shop that turns your crank should provide you with the matched bearings, or tell you exactly what you need. also with oem nissan order 2x, they all come individual half's, ie 5 main jurnals= 10 bearings from nissan

the guy i bought the motor from said it was rebuilt. i dont know to what extent, as far as the bottom end is concerned. as far as i know with all the paperwork i got from him it never had the bottom end worked on at all.
