my first post need help with transmission oil

i have a 95 240sx wanted to change my transmission doop any suggestions to which brand is good and also what grade should i use the transmission has 180k miles on it another thing the transmission is stock and just replaced my shifter with a fidanza short throw shifter now the problem i'm facing is that the rubber booth that is ziptied on the stockshifter doesnt match on the fidanza as the base is square on the fidanza and the booth is round on the stock oneso need help i will click some pics and post it later need suggestionsthank you Dee

it would help to post the pic of the square-round problem you're having. maybe I'm tired and can't read straight but it doesn't come off as being all that clear.

transmission oil recommendations? I've used Redline MT90 before, it's good. I'm now using Motul Motylgear. Kinda hard to find but worth the effort to find.
