I have just re-built my first CA and it went on the Dyno this weekend. It made 165rwkw or about 220whp. Mods are: re-built stock bottom end, headwork, S15BB turbo (11psi), HKS 256 exhaust cam, stock exhaust cam in the intake, 60mm T/B, 3" exhaust from the stock dump and a GTR pod filter.Once the motor is run in to my satisfaction (it only has ~30 miles on it) I intend to upgrade the fuelling, ecu and intercooler then I will adjust the timing and boost.

Thanks for the positive comments, I thought my mods might be applicable to others. I did not build the motor to run high boost or make dyno numbers but rather as a good street motor. I doubt I'll go over 1 bar but time will tell...For now I am just enjoying driving it, it's a lot of fun!

Great job with your rebuild, great #s on the rollers and thanks for sharing your experience with the rest of the gang.

Yes this is great. Will a S13 SR20 T25 push out close numbers as well? And why didn't you go with the 256* in. cam?

Partly to keep the cost down and specific CA18 tuning parts are rare here, in fact the exhaust cam I have came from the USA and wound up near me at a weak moment
