My Fan Isn't Working! Where's that Resistor?

So, my 99 Maxima SE is acting up again. I guess with a 170K on it, that's to be expected.

Nevertheless, my fan now only works when it is on the highest setting. I researched it and found that I just need to replace a resistor on the circuit board that controls the fan to fix this problem. I'm totally capable of doing that, soldering if I have to, however, I don't know where to find the resistor!

I've read that it is on the passenger side of the dash somewhere behind the glove compartment, but could anyone fill me in with some details? Any help towards finding it would be much appreciated. Now that fall is here, I don't want to worry about my fan as it gets colder.

It's by the blower assembly. Go to page HA-55 in the link below :

Disconnect the battery before removing the glove box as there is an air bag connector involved (yellow harness). Remove the glove box by removing the upper and lower screws and then disconnect the Air Bag connector.
