my exhaust set-up on my 3.5se A/C

ok so i've gotten a few ppl asking about my exhaust so instead of stealing someone else thread, i thought i'd just make my own....

ok so i started BEFORE the cat and got rid of that flat piping (replaced it with 3" piping) and left the cat (took off the cat and then ended up putting it back on). after the cat i have 2.5" piping to a Magnaflow muffler and currently do not have tips, just painted the pipe black so it's sort of like stealthy black tips lol here are a few pics

THEN i ended up getting an Electronic Exhaust cut-out installed right before the 3rd cat (where the 3" piping is)..... electronic exhaust cut-out is pretty much just a valve with a switch mounted inside the car... when the cut-out is CLOSED, the car drives like it did before i got the cut-out. then when i open up the cut-out, it allows the exhaust an alternate route (instead of going to the muffler). so most of the exhaust will come out the side of the car but a little bit will still go through the muffler.... heres a couple vids of that

That one with the exhaust cutout activated sounds like my car all the time lol

thanks.... lol did you put sound deadening or something? i had my gf in the car the other day and i got on it with the cut-out open and she said her ears were ringing after wards lol

No, I just roll with the windows down and the music playing. Doesn't allow any one sound to become overpowering.
