My exhaust makes rattly noises...what should I do?

My exhaust is rusted, ripped, and now makes rattly noises at about 1900 rpm. It literally shreaks so people walking by get frightened lol

Option 1: Buy a new catback exhaust perhaps HKS Hi-power

or

Just buy new hangers because I'm pretty sure I broke one on my current stock setup.

If I buy an new exhaust will I still have to buy a new hanger? Or will the new exhaust mount up differently?

the exhaust will come with hangers mounted to it that align to the stock hanger positions on the car. Buy a new setup.
