I'm bored so I decided to write up my own build thread. Not too interesting yet but it's getting there. And no matter how far I am it's always fun to autocross my 240.So I bought my s13 after totaling my Miata. I guess it was for the better, I don't get called gay AS often... lol After I bought it I had a bunch of electrical items to fix, like the headlights and turn signals, typical Nissan. Then put some nice, grabby, squeaky Hawk hp+ brake pads on. After that it was between doing the suspension or wheels/tires. I went with wheels and tires since that would make the biggest improvement on my auto-x times. And i didn't want to look like a drifter. That lasted me till winter, where my ka decided to throw it's #4 connecting rod, that was a fun little twist. So I purchased a used ka and got to work putting in new bearings, gaskets and seals. Then swapped that in... Yeah not much room to work in a storage garage... And the new clutch and flywheel from Spec... And didn't want it to look like the old engine... Then some autocross pics from last weekend Next on the list is suspension, hopefully Koni Yellows with Ground Control coilovers.

Thanks, yeah it's pretty much a monster truck right now. Looking for used koni's or KYB's for now.The tires are 225/50-16, width is regulated to 225 in SCCA st class. The wheels are 7" wide and weigh 13.7lbs. I can't really feel the difference but the bridgestone reo1-r's are pretty heavy tires.
