just wanted to share my drift project with you guys..the car is being built by Powerzamcam

here's a few pics to start..

KA is gone..

Gutting the car..

Cutting out some extra weight..

Looking GOOd!!!! I am in the process of doing the same stuff! I am trying to get the vert to be as lite as possible

if you wanted a light car you should have bought a base model coupe and choped the roof off.. ..

project is the right word you have so much taken apart you got work for the next 2 months..

Gio installing rocker arm stoppers in the SR20..

you can see through the car now

damn KA motor mounts..

droppin' in the SR..

nice view..

test fitting the seat..

SMAX intercooler is mounted & working on the 5 lug..

fitting one of the HotWheels..

harness bar in place..

buddy club racing spec II (sounds real nice)..

all rims mounted..

the car will be lowered more than this..

George welding the rear down bars..

more welding..

OK USA..

rear strut bar welded..

finishing the intercooler piping..

some pics as the car sits now..







rims are 17X9, 0 offset all around..federal tires 215/40/17 all around.. (gonna get 225's for the rear next time)still have the finish the cage..gonna work on the suspension and lower it more..aero & paint coming soon..

what do you guys think so far?

Looks good. I plan to run the same wheels. Can we get a side shot. Also what coilover are you running?

the coilovers are silkroads. i borrowed them from Sal just for this past club loose event. im gonna try endura tech's next event though.

i dont have a side shot yet but im going to post a video soon. you can see the wheels in that.

-love the build pictures.

-ok usa - i saved that picture. me likey.

-wingless trunk ftmfw!

-when you make the video, get a good clip with the exhaust.

-is wheel guy rocking "blue steel" on purpose to be funny, or does her really look like that?

I saw this car at the englishtown drift event the other day.... Great work it drew a lot of attention.....

Any plans to polish the cage to match the wheels? I think that would really set it off....

thanks, polished cage would look cool but im going to paint it black because it'll match anything i do in the future.
