I have a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder. I am not sure why, it must be something electrical. For some reason, my day time lights (amber colored corner lights) do not come on when I turn them on. Also, when I turn the headlights on, they do not come on either. Maybe something came loose? What do I need to check for? What causes this? They both work as turn signals, so I am really not sure?

Please help me out!!

Check the fuse labeled TAIL in the drivers side fuse box in the engine bay. If it is blown, your dash and tail lights will not work either.

If not, it's possible for the bulbs to have one dead filament each.

My tail lights and dash lights seem to be working. Im guessing its just the bulb? Are they hard to get to and replace? Is now the time to go with LED's?

If so, can you link me to a place you would suggest to buy them at?

Unless you buy 45 SMD LED tower bulbs, in my experience all other LEDs suck. Just get any amber tinted 7443 incandescent bulbs.

To access the bulbs, remove the single 10mm fastener securing the combination housing and pull the housing out. Be gentle, as the clips holding it in are easy to break. Twist the bulb socket to remove. Replace the bulb and reinstall.

For the Incandescent bulbs, are there any that you may recommend? Or is just any cheap 7443 bulb on eBay?

WalMart should have the cheapest bulb locally to you, and it'd be more convenient than waiting for a package from eBay.

Well I followed the instructions and pulled the combination lights straight forward and out. One of the clips did break which is frustrating because I didn't apply much force. I think that the little rubber piece was hard as a rock and just wouldn't come out. Is there a makeshift way to try and hotfix it without buying a new light :/?

You could try to epoxy the broken piece back I guess. Mine broke too and I'm going to order a new OEM housing. An $18 aftermarket housing I got from RockAuto also broke a clip.
