I am just starting the upgrade process for my daughter Louise's '07 1.8 S. I bought it 2 years ago as a former rental for Louise to drive to school. So far my only mod has been a set of $15.99 hubcaps from Wal-Mart because the originals keep falling off

The plan so far:
Near term -
De-badge (Including Hello Kitty Decals)
Paint Calipers
CAI
Cat-back
Mid-term
Lowering kit
17" wheels/tires
Long term -
Body Kit
Lighting

Any suggestions for specific items or manufacturers would be most appreciated.

Welcome to NICO! Pics of your ride are a must!

Wish I could give you some insight, outside of Injen for CAI due to versatility( LOL ). If you're going to paint the calipers, stay away from the cheap stuff from Kragen/Autozone/etc. They're good for about 2 months, then start chipping. As for lowering kit, I don't know about the Nissan guys, but Mazda folks like to stick with Eibach.

Feel free to use the search link for specific questions when you get overwhelmed with info. We have a massive amount of articles/stickies.

Again, welcome to NICO. :D

Welcome!

Check out versaspeed.com or microimageonline.com for Versa related items!
I have the AEM CAI from versaspeed, and I really like it! Definitely a good mod!

Your first picture worked ...

For the calipers, I used the Duplicolor Kit (worked great):

Very, very nice.
I ordered the AEM CAI. I have been out to Versaspeed but not to the other site - Thanks so much for the help.

Don't know why it rains every time I try to take a picture of the V. I have made some progress: AEM CAI, DC Sport Cat-Back, 18x7 Drifter wheels, 205/50 18 Hankook Ventus tires. I have the lowering springs and will take a shot at installing myself per the great instructions on this site. Then save my pennies for a while and begin working on the interior. Next project will probably be to install soundproofing...again, some great instructions/recommendations on this site. Thanks all for your help so far.

Thanks Manny - Although with the noise emenating from the cat-back it reminds me of the glasspacks on my '78 Z-28 :-)
