My dashboard and tail lights wont work, Can somebody help me asap!

I have a 1994 Nissan Maxima, my dashboard and tail lights wont work. I checked all the fuses and the bulbs and they are all fine. A Mechanic suggested that it may be the headlight switch. I don't have the slightestclue to where this switch would be. I'm all ears to a solution.

Welcome to NICO.

Not to be mean or anything, but the headlight switch is the one that you use to turn the headlights on.
