I wanted to eliminate all the U-Bolts that came with the exhaust and eliminate all potential leaks (if any). So I went to a local shop and asked them to weld all the junctions and eliminated all the U-Bolts.

The quality of the weld is not very good, but considering that I paid $20 bucks and the fact that my car is not for shows, it is ok. Now my car is a lot lighter and faster.

yeah... was there an issue? Also.. why would you pay $20 to let someone (possibly ruin it as well) fix something thats good enough as it is? Also... you get what you pay for, and this guys wearing clear glasses... isnt he going to go blind without using some protection??

LBC, no issues at all. Just one day one of the U-Bolts caught a plastic bag, and the bag burned and sticked to the pipe.My rationale was, there is no chance that this will ruin the exhaust, and I get better (slightly) ground clearance.

I would have tossed the resonator that was added by that cat-back. I think when stillen made it there prototype car had one and that is why its included...
