i never really did an introduction thread, but after seeing and reading a lot of the "new threads" i thought why not do one.

my name is sayyid but everyone calls me limit (its my nickname) and you could friend me on Facebook here -> http://facebook.com/MistahLimit

I've been reading a lot of the treads on here and got a lot of good advice from them on what not to do and what some of you guys have tried already...

well this is my coupe she's a 2008 red coupe:
Image

after only a month or two of owning her on my way to school some guy decided that he could make a left turn into me and get to where he was going faster LOL
heres the after effect:
Image

so after getting her back from the body shop (which was the worst experience in my life) i decided to get some new shoes for her. so i got a set of 19's that i found for a good price:
Image

then i got tired of the stock interior so i added some flavor to it

Image

Image

Image

then i added some carbon fiber parts and wrap to her

did the roof:
Image

Image
and the mirrors:
Image

and added the roof lip:
Image

and the trunk lip:
Image

after a year of driving her around with the stock bulbs i decided to get HID's i went with 12k for low and fogs and got some bright halogens for the high beams because the HID ballast takes to long to warm up if i have to use the high beams
Image

finally got around to dropping the car with tein springs (which i regret buying because i wanted a nice even drop, i should of went with another brand like eibach because there springs make the car look level)
Image

Image

and i sold my 19's and got some 20's (i know a lot of people on here don't like chrome rims but i got the second set for free so i wasn't complaining lol)
Image

Image

Image

Image

thought the front would of settled a little bit more but it never did
Image

Image

then i made the trip to Carlisle this year
Image
didn't get a chance to meet everyone else that was there because i didn't know where they were lol. but i saw LB coupe the last day right before me and the guys left.

after that trip i got a chance to order some coils i went with ksports and they turned out great (just that i adjusted them wrong :got me )
Image
right before i installed the coils
Image
with my new 3 piece rims
they are getting redone at the moment
Image

a little photo shoot i did at a friends house:

and last but not least the most recent picture of my girl...
Image

oh and I'm doing a full audio system lost all my trunk space... running with no spare FML.
ill post some more pics of the system once i get it playing this weekend, i might also do i a video of it too...

hope you guy like what i did to my coupe... i am open to any advice, concerns, and comments about her :bigthumb:

My advice, COME TO THE HOTEL NEXT YEAR! We were all over that place, the track, the Matts, Brett, and Darryl had set-up inside one of the buildings, EVERYWHERE! I cant even believe I didnt see you on the showfield because I walked it in its entirety both days. Unreal...

Anyways, nice work. Looking forward to seeing the finished system, still going the same route you had posted pics of on FB?

Can't wait to see the 3pc wheels on there, the chrome 20's look very bad.

Also, the Teins look very low in the rear compared to the front. Did you leave out one of the rubber spring mount things back there?

Na I didn't leave anything out. With the tein springs the front spring rates are stiffer because they are made for the 3.5's not the 2.5's, so the front of my car wasn't heavy enough to give me the 2" drop all around. And in some of the pics I had my heavy a$$ box in the back. So that's why the front was up in the air too

Oh OK, I was wondering what difference there could possible be between the 2.5 and 3.5 for the Teins, now I know!

The K Sports look good, I'd raise the back like .25in and lower the front, if its not all the way down.

Yea I asked around before I bought them and everyone told me that but I didn't think that it was gonna be that bad

I still have to lower the front more. Found out that I adjusted them wrong and the sway bar end links is holding the front up about a 1/2". So once I get that done it will be level.

I don't want a rake I just want it to be slammed and level =D lol

Nice car man! Really dig the red. Not a huge fan of chrome wheels. I would have stayed with the black 3 piece wheels. :dblthumb:

Going with 24K gold faces

About another 2 weeks. They had some problems with them. The person I bought them from tried to get them chromed, so my guys had to take the black powered coat off and the messed up chrome dip, and then do the polish.

But I think the wait is worth it, cause they gonna look sick on the car
