If you didnt remove the styrofoam and deflectors attached to the middle support on the front frame. Sagging is a direct coeffecient of trying to make the bumper fit, or not installing comething correctly

removed the foam and everything holes lined up perferct just sags n the middle me and my body man has no clue but i still love the way it looks

Are you sure the brace was installed? Did you watch him do it? There are a few peoples on here that looked exactly like that, then they installed it and the sag was gone.
