Just thought I would share

I was at work and getting ready to lunch. I was going home to get some delcious mac n cheese that I made before I went to work. Well I was in the middle of a busy intersection taking a left turn and I let go of the clutch and BOOM I cant move. Engine revs and I can shift without putting it in gear. It was the crappiest feelings ever. Not only was I stuck in the middle of an intersection at 3:30 and I was really hungry

Ugh well time for a new clutch, well that is the clutch right? I can shift into any gear without the clutch

That sucks, I know the feeling all to well though, holding up an intersection and not being able to move. How many miles did you put on the clutch?

I'm curious to see what's causing this. Could it be something else? Like broken pivot bolt or something like that? You should still be able to move with bad clutch and flywheel. They might be still good and engaging mechanism is not working somehow. Keep us posted.

not sure on the miles, but I had it in my s14 for 2 years, then swapped it to my vert for another 2 years. So I got about 4 years out of it. Is that normal?
