i bought the car a month ago and the clutch was letting off really high. my friends told me that my clutch was goin bad so i decided to buy a stage 2 clutch. Now it has been 1 week since i had the clutch replaced. But the clutch still let off high. is this the way 240sx is designed or is there something wrong with my car? i have a 95 240sx

Well if you mean high as in letting out late, then mine is the same way.I personal like it that way.

maybe there is air in the clutch line...after they bled my clutch, it engaged MUCH lower then before...but before it was so bad it wouldnt completely engage...so it'd slip even w/ my foot on the dead pedal

If "let off high" means the clutch does not engage until the pedal is almost all the way released, then your clutch pedal needs to be adjusted, here's how:

Get on your back on the floor (yes, you'll look funny contorted like that) to where you can get your head under the pedal and look up. There's a threaded rod that the pedal pushes into the firewall that has one nut on it. It locks the rod in place. Loosen that lock nut and screw the rod like you are trying to screw it out of the firewall. Just a half turn to begin with then tighten the nut again. Now test drive it. Then just keep doing that until you like where it is. There is an actual place it's "supposed" to be, but whatever you feel comfortable with is fine as long as it's not so low that the clutch can't fully engage at all.
