I have an XTD stage 3 and never have an issue with it. Are you breaking the clutch correctly and patiently?

What were the brands of your previous clutches?

Yea you need to *****-foot it for about 1k miles be4 it's properly broken in. If you immediatly start slipping and dropping it your gonna get uneven clutch wear and its gonna start slipping. Are you sure you have your clutch pedal bled and adjusted right?

Youll need to resurface the flywheel and hopefully the pressure plate is ok. Once you do those the clutch should grab but I would baby it for a while.

just baby the clutch for 400 miles or so more if you want. The best driving for breaking in a clutch is stop in go due to the clutch having to disengage and reengage. Highway driving is not good clutch break in driving. Once the 400 or so miles is done just put it in like 3rd and punch it and see if holds all the way through the rpm band.
