Heres my new 1996 Nissan 240sx. Its a base model with 5 spd. Optional features include AC, broken CD player, and dented fender, but its got 85k miles on it and runs like a champ.I bought it in Pittsburgh last Saturday and just drove it to Atlanta. After 5 days and 1000 miles, I am still smiling. This car is so much better than I thought it would be.

Hey, heres a seal of approval for Zing. I saw his S13 too. Very clean!!

Well, its gonna stay in Atlanta for the winter, and I'll bring it back to DC in the spring. I plan to do spring/shocks, Z brakes, and wheels first, then turbo kit. But itll be stock until this summer at least.

Nice that was the 240 I was going to pick up. Too bad my parents decided to waste my money on a winter car :|

Nice S14 man, although I'd seen pics of it already

Wish I could've seen it in person before you took it to Hot-lanta, but I guess I have to wait until summer.

A few more pics...

I did a compression test on Friday and got 190psi on all four cylinders. This was done by following the FSM directions using a $25 Sears tester. The only directions I didnt understand was "Disconnect distributor center cable". There is no 5th wire going into the distributor.I guess its more important that the numbers were consistent, even if my testing method was flawed.

BTW, I cant find Fred's infamous oil FAQ....
