Okay so i ordered the carbon fiber hood from carbon creations. It is coming in in four days and not im facing a lot more problems. People are saying that if i dont get the hood fasteners that basically, my hood will smash my windshield on the highway lol. I think they look cool but they are expensive as s***, do i TRULY need these if i do its fine ill buy them but i dont want to get something thats useless especially because i think they look extremely stupid. And i also heard that the hood dampers make the hood like bend at the top when its held open. Oh yeah .... is there anywhere I can get the removable panels for the vents in the hood?

Yes you most definitely will need hood fasteners. I've heard so many stories of the hood popping up during fwy driving.

I know you said you don't want to spend much, but these are actually very nice hood pins since they are flush with the hood.

Yeah I heard that the flush mount ones are the best but are the top mount or bottom mount ones better and do I need te mounting plates because I'm not really sure what they do lol
