I'VE cleaned out my throttle body and fuel pressure regulator and air filter along with the maf.. i started to have problems a week later after i did my tune up..but for some reason my idel doesnt come down from 1500 rpms..i spared throtle body cleaner but that didnt do anything n i tried to adjust the iacv screw and nothing

Several possibilities, look for mechanical stuff first:

Check throttle pulley (rotate it wide open then closed). Make sure it travels the full span with no impediment. Look for binding in the cable, or somethnig stuck on top of the idle screw.

DON'T MESS with the IACV screw.

Next, check for unmetered air. A loose connection or opening in the intake between the MAF and TB can have this effect.

Next, check your MAF plug. Unplug it and see if the car idles differently.

Lastly, download and READ your FSM for your car before you mess with it again - You'll be glad you did.
