Heres, the story....I was on my way to my dads house in TN, on a mountain road that Ive driven a few times over the years, HWY 321. I only had the car on the road a week, I just finished a SOHC to DOHC swap, polyurathane bushings throughout, and I swapped my AGX's/ Prokits from my other car. I plugged my secondary air induction on my header and it blew on the way, and I had to stop for a while to fix that leak. Because of that I was trying to make up time. I made it about 20 miles through the mountains basically pushing my car, which was feeling very neutral. I was getting a little over confident and this corner came up, and as i went through realized it got sharper and went a bit farther than i expected. As soon as I saw that i knew there was no way I would make it, so I scrubbed off as much speed as possible, then over steered into the ditch. We rolled a few times, unknown number of times...no witnesses. The car landed on its roof, and me and my freind got out ASAP. We both somehow walked out unhurt....besides the wallet. I don't know the exact speed of what I was running, but I do know that I wasnt shifting till I needed to and I was somewhere in 4th....so between 90-115mph. This was my third 240, and Im not a newbie. I have just always pushed the limits, but have since learned my lesson to keep it on the track.
