That is really broad. You should probably start with plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, then if it comes down to it, maybe a coil. CHeck to see if you're getting spark with an ohm meter before you spend all of that money though. Give the plugs a change, there could be an excessive gap from old age and such, or they just might be burnt out. They're not expensive anyway. If its still not turning over then invest in a distributor cap and rotor (cheap set, 10 15 bucks), and if it comes down to it, a coil. Also, it could be an EGR valve stuck open. If it happens when you're engine is cold, the EGR isn't supposed to be open thus not making ti start.

First, pull a plug, and have someone crank it while you hold it (connected to the wire and wearing thick gloves :)) to the valve cover or the threads inside and see if it sparks. If so, check them all for fouling. Then if they are all game, move to the fuel setup. Make sure you have fuel flowing in and your injectors are firing.

I took it to an Electric specialist and he thinks it might be the ignition module........

Mine did the same thing after I hooked a zex kit up that runs through your fuel regulator. Think that made it run really rich, I cleaned the spark plugs and it it helped a lot, it was running very very rich!

Did the motor get hot? if it did you might have blown your head gasket. If not the radiator might have just blow water through the intake and its just burning the radiator fluid and water up, it should go away after a little drive if its still blowing white smoke and getting hot, then u need a new radiator and a new head gasket. I just changed mine dont pay somone $800 to do it its not that hard just make sure and take your head to a machine shop and have them check it out first. Good luck
