That is really broad. You should probably start with plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, then if it comes down to it, maybe a coil. CHeck to see if you're getting spark with an ohm meter before you spend all of that money though. Give the plugs a change, there could be an excessive gap from old age and such, or they just might be burnt out. They're not expensive anyway. If its still not turning over then invest in a distributor cap and rotor (cheap set, 10 15 bucks), and if it comes down to it, a coil. Also, it could be an EGR valve stuck open. If it happens when you're engine is cold, the EGR isn't supposed to be open thus not making ti start.
