my car wont start

My car is not starting all of my lights are coming on in the vehicle so its not the battery it kind of sound like there is not gas getting to where ever it needs to get to.PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Fuel pump buzzing when you have the key one click away from start ??Check the fuel pump fuse under the hood ?
