Ok so i have a 1992 240sx se, now one day i was driving and the car just shut down and there was a yellow wire that hit my ipod when plugged into the aux port now my fuel pump doesnt get any power to it(its not priming) the car will crank but will not start the fuses, wiring harness and fuel pump are all good but when i hook the fuel pump up to the battery directly it works and when its in its normal spot in the back of the car in the tank it doesnt. I need to get this fixed fast so please anyone that knows or can tell me anything please respond this post thanks.

looks like you need to break out the multimeter & check for the wiring for an open circuit (u already checked the fuses? the 10A fuse in the engine bay fuse/relay box) & the relay (blue i think, check continuity between terminals 3-4, the 2 wider distanced terminals)

Ok i will check the terminals but how do i do that? And does the car have a fuel pump relay specifically or is it the egi pump relay i checked those but i dont know if thats what i was supposed to check. And do u know if it would be the ground or power wire that would prolly be the problem.
