My car wont move

Ok i had a 350z pull up next to me we were just driveing down the road and i went to do shift into 3rd so i would hit my power band about 3750rpms and hit the gas as we go down the road i go to shift back into 4th gear and the cluch pedal goes copletly soft. i can put it in gear but it wont go. then pulled over and tried to get it to go. nothing so i go to turn it off and it wont start i wont even turn over. All i hear is the starter tuning. I have a 95 nissan 240sx nothing rally done to it. Any ideas to what it might be?

check slave cylinder

check fluid level in clutch master for the clutch. Also are you getting spark and fuel?
