my car won't start ideas appreciated

Well i just finished replacing the turbo/ intercooler on my 93 Ka-t, and I go to crank it in order to prime the turbo and oil system etc, nothing happens, let me explain.

All my accessories work except when I first turn my car to run my apexi TT flashes for about 3-5 seconds then stays lit. When I turn my key to start everything dies, no power, anywhere.

I am pretty sure it is a wiring problem somewhere, I did do some wiring when I changed the turbo but it was mostly to just clean up the sloppy job I did last time. Checked the relays and fuses and came up empty, but I would not be surprised if I missed something.

Any help would be appreciated I need to get her back on the road, my friend just upgraded his turbo accord and I need to prove to him that I'm better, but I'm stuck right now.

check battery and engine grounds or battery could be weak/dead. double check your fuses and relays.

I initially charged the battery when It first would not start, optima yellow top. anyone have anything other than the obvious: fuse,relay,ground,batt. Gone through all that stuff at least twice and still checking.
