My car will not start!

Alright I finished up my car today to see if it would start up and nothing, it turns over and smells like gas, but no running- it "gallops" if you understand what that means. I tried just a squirt of ether and it will run for a couple of seconds. Any suggestions? I'm going to double chech I have everything in the right place tommorrow...

I can here it prime and such, and i can smell gas...
