thats about all I got out of this whole thread, because to me it seems like there is a lot of "missing information," like where do you live(house, apt?), where was your car exactly(driveway, street, ?), did he ever tell you the exact reason that got it towed other than being loud, had he asked you to get it off his property prior, ect ect? Why was your landlord even yelling at you for leaving/going on vacation or whatever, is he your girlfriend? To me it seems like there is more to this story....................

thejamesman called me a hick. my car was parked in my drive way. i live in a tri plex. i dont know why he was yelling at me , he is not a freind or any thing. he said it was his right to tow aboned cars off his propity.. its not the first time we have butt heads. oilspills and car parts on the carpet

Best of luck with this mess, I am sorry that everyone is giving you s*** about hitting the guy, anger sucks, it takes the best of you some times, some people here dont know what real life is life or are p******. For the record, im not a fighter im a lover, I am passive it takes something like that for me to hit a guy.

Just keep hounding the local PD, they have to do something about, just because you committed a crime, does not change the fact of the orginal issue. I wish someone law enforcement related could chime in. I know criminal justice is the most popular community college major, lawl.

i filed a civil suit we'll see where it goes but its after my big court date so maybe i wont be in jail. 6 months+$1500 for puching someone. worst day ever
