My car was stolen and i need a new head

alright last week we had moved shops due to legal problems with the landlord of our building, we ended up winning our lawsuit they filed against us for an absurd about of money, they lost got pissy and ended up having my 240 and my carrolla towed away by scrap metal people. so i pretty much lost everything on my car. luckily my motor was in my new shop safe and sound, but my head was sitting in my car along with my new clutch and my megasquirt box and harness. this car has been with me since 02 it was what started me off into the world of car building made me want to start a company which turned 5 years old last month. my car was a huge part of our company it was my track car and was one of the first swapped cars in our city it was the first CA18 swap many people ever saw in ohio. Its gone now and all i have a memories its sad i cried lol. so now i am looking for a new head i am pretty broke from just moving my entire operation to a newer bigger building so i am looking for budget purchases especially if i have to rebuild the head. let me know what you have , ill most likely buy a new clutch as i can get parts for cheap, but oem stuff i need used to save money. also looking for a EVO8 turbo really just need the compressor housing and center section. let me know what you guys have availible!

found my head it was in the trunk of my daily driver, one of my employees threw it in there when i wasnt looking. so now i just need everything else.

I cant see that scrapyard crushing the car with those expensive parts in there...someone got em. I would call the scrapyard to ask who handled the car...give them your story....you might get lucky.

nah these guys would hae cut the car in two and took it in for scrap metal. they were not car people they were scrap metal collectors who chop cars up for cash. its big money here in our city especially our neighbor hood as the shredder is only a few blocks from the shop.

Seriously...who crushes a car without removing boxes of parts from it first? Have you looked into suing the guy who had it towed?

I'm sure he just spent a boatload of money defending himself in court, I seriously doubt he's ready to drop MORE dough trying to get re-imbursed for what the court would consider a $1500 vehicle. It's more of a sentimental thing. This really sucks John. I'm sorry to hear about your bad times. I wish I could be of more help on the parts department.

though arent their legal issues(of criminal status type stuff) for selling something you know isnt yours and not going through the proper "abandonded vechile laws"
