First of all, thanx for all of you on here to help me to slove the problem. I took it for a spin this morning, at the beginning,There was no boost , keep back fire , keep dying all the time and white smoke come from the engine, so i stopped somewhere and get some gas (93 octane from now on) and found out that one of the coupling not connected , so I put it back and it runs at least, but it still keep stalling when stopped and back fire ( MAF before the compressor , blitz BOV), I'm thinking I am running way too rich , I have a narrow band A/F gauge shows that at 3000-5000rpm at RICH area.(wideband is coming, will tuning and after installed it and thinking to get rid of the FMU). I hit boost at 3000-5000rpm, my wastegate set at 8psi, but I can't reach that hight only at 6-7psi maybe because some bost leak. however, my turbo make so much noise, I dont know if it is unhealty or what.. here is the sound of my turbo..

here is my setupT3 from a 300zxFMU ( will be remove once I get the wideband to tune it with)E-manage370injectorstock MAFBlitz BOVcustom downpipecstom intercooler pipingSperco intercoolerstraight out 3 inches exhuastNO EGR JGStools logstyle Manifoldtech edge wide band o2gauges ...Tial external wastegate at 8psi

P.S. I dont know why my Blitz DD BOV dones't sound as lound as my frined 240sx, he runs stock boost at 7psi on a SR20DET, and it Sound LOUND ..like I can hear it a block away, but mine sound so weak, I tried to adjust the screw but it didn't help much? is it nomal? did the BOV opened?

White smoke means your burning water, blue means your burning oil and black means your running pig rich. You need to get rid of the FMU, the emanage can't compensate for the rise in fuel pressure.

no, I am not sure actually, I will rebuild it sometime . what is antoher VID? how much if I just let someone do it? so they can align it for me????

there are vaccum/boost source behind the intake manifold , I used one route it back to a BOOST SENSOR ( STOCK ONE, I heard it is fro EGR or for the Canister) , and one for FMU , Boost Gauge and the BOV? is it too much there that's why it didn't get a good source?

another vid is another video. lol.

First, lose the FMU. You can always try moving vacuums around but I don't think that's the problem, if your puffing white smoke it's prolly the turbo.

when turbos are new, they make white smoke. after you let it start up and idle and drive around for alittle bit, the smoke should go away.
