I had not noticed it, until my father pointed it out to me one day driving behind me. Well it caught my attention and it only seems to do it in first gear. When im at a stop light, just prior to taking off the car seems to stumble(stumbling might just be me, it's a MT)and when i look behing i see a small puff of blue smoke. Nothing really big just a puff and it doesn't do it when im going down the road. I know it's probably engine oil being burned. I'll have to do a compression test to see what's at fault.

(oops forgot)92 240 Hatch.

Go to autozone/napa get some pisotn ring resealer. It's like 18oz of oil that you jsut pour in. Suppose to reseal your rings and help valves seat. You either got wore rings or valves wore down. Try that stuff. It worked on my vert. Make sure oyu get the resealer not the flush

i would say its your valve stem seals. engine resealer really doesn't fix anything permanently, it only hides and prolongs the inevitable.

he is right, prob your valve stem seals and some miracle oil isnt gonna fix that, it can be a good temporary fix...but stress temporary
