my car's alignment specs, for all you tech wiz's...HELP!! hehe

i had my car aligned at sears for teh 2nd time, when i first bought my 95 s14, the steering wheel was offset to the left for me to go straight, after sears aligned it it was lsight right and got worse, now after bringing it back, its still slight right but not as bad... so i am going to bring it back again, but this time i want to give them the RIGHT specs!! any ideas as to the specs for overall food performance?? (i.e. auto x, drift, street, etc.)
