My car pix is on ebay?!

So I was browsing ebay today and I found a pix of my car by a seller that I am not aware of. My picture taking skills must be awesome ^_^;

I too have seen pics of my car on ebay a few times, the most is for selling the trunk spoiler

Contact them & demand a percentage of sales due to your photo!

It's bad that they use faint lettering of "Perry Infiniti" to deter others from using the image, but they themselves jacked someone elses photo.
It's even worse that it is an Infinit dealership listing the item.

I actually do not mind the vendor using my picture, but what irritates me is the fact that they put a watermarking on MY PICTURE! It makes it seem like its their picture. I emailed and complained haha
