Turning the AC on signals ecu that it is summer. Gasoline composition shifts in October to winter blend which often has a high btu content and create more torque vs Summer blends.
Always make sure the cooling system is kept as new to avoid these excessive temperatures.
Great post! Do they have a winter blend for Florida, too? I never thougth about that.
SPEAKING about keeping the cooling system clean, I tried to flush out mine today, but I COULD NOT FIND THE STOPCOCK ON MY RADIATOR!
I swear that I looked for it but no luck. The stock radiator has it on the driver's side, but I have a replacement radiator which means that it could be anywhere.
But, unless it is hidden below the under engine cover, I do not knw where it could be.
HELP?
