my car jerk need help it going to die soon pleaseeeeee anyone help me

My car shock up while driving, it jerk for a while ( about 5 seconds ) and it felt like, it did not get any gas go through the engine and the power go down rapidly, after ( 5 second ) I will kick the gear and jerk again and after that it would run ok for a while, today I was driving about 80 mph ( 3000 – 3500 rpm ) and it happen to me again, this problem happen a couple week already at first I got ECU code 12 so I take a look but nothing was wrong with it please helppppppppppppppp I have no idea what is going on with my car

code 12 is airflow meter. probably got something going on with its connection or its dropping out, do a search on "MAF" in this section ad you will find the procedure for testing it.

yes, you cant see if a MAF is ok. Its a heating element that changes voltage as air passes over it, the more air the cooler it gets. How can you see that wire is hot enough or getting the right voltage to get hot enough?
