I got in a car accident 2 weeks ago i hit a parked car and air bags came out and tie rod broke in two pieces, control arm was bent back, corner light broke, head light is fine but is pushed back.I've already fixed Tie rod, Contol arm, Even put in new Energy Suspension bushings one the Tie rod, Tension rod, sway bar link, and Control arm. I've done the best i could with the alinement.

(The Problem) is that the car is still not drive able because the right wheel keeps cutting in or turn to the left while im holding the steering wheel straight.

Does any one have any suggestions on what they might think it could be cuz im stumped right now.

put the front end up on jack stands...rotate wheel left and right....look for where the extra play is comming from. Aftermarket tie-rod ends are shorter than stock and you need to get a proper alignment asap.

make sure the replaced inner/outer tie rods are the same length as the one you replaced

they may be oem - but you still need to adjust them

What do you mean "keeps cuttin in"? Try this, use the spare tire jack on the front that got the broken links. Now that the "good" side is still on the ground, try with your hands to make that wheel on the "bad" side move about. There may have been more damage that you didn't see initially.

I changed the rack n pinion and now the right wheel does turn in anymore. It just feels like its an alignment issue.

I took it to get an alignment and got the car back riding alot worse than before. When i hit a bump it causes the wheel to turn real hard.

Also when i got out of the car coming from getting it aligned i put the steering wheel straight, and looked at the crashed side (passanger side) of the car and the wheel is turned to the left and on the driver side the wheel is straight, after the alignment.

My friend says it could be the strut mounts got messed up and is causing the car to do this. Any suggestions on what it could be.

Something is definitely bent in, if your toe is that extreme. Double-check your tie-rods, and your control arms, make sure they're the right size, and not distorted.
