My car is screwing with me

Alright so to start off i had a problem with one of my injectors. It went out on me and started pouring gas into my cylinder. So I replaced it today. Started my car up, had lots of smoke come out the exhaust from all the gas. But the problem is when i open the throttle my car bogs down and dies. But If I open it slowly and keep it opened only slightly it will accelerate .So i checked for codes. I got codes 12, 21 and 34. Maf sensor, ignition input signal, and knock sensor. So i did all the tests on each component according to the fsm, and all components check out fine. But i still get the codes. I checked the wires for voltage in the correct spots. Checked for continuity where it shoud be. I just can't figure it out. I'm thinking maybe i need to fill my car up with gas, cause it is low. And thinking fuel pressure, but i can't get the car to the gas station without moving.
Any input will help!

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? also at idle does it run smoothly?

Alright i figured it out. Call me stupid, cause i forgot I took my gas cap off and put it on the door. And I decided to wash my car in between fixing it, so I got water in my gas tank. Bought a bottle of heet and a gallon of gas. Put that in there, started it up. Let in run for a min. Now it works fine. Water is bad!

I always try to keep my car clean. engine bay and all. I don't like loose oil or anything. Makes it a bigger mess when you try to work on it.

Check for leaks, check fuel pressure, clean the IAC, and throttle body, set the TPS, try a product called MAF clean. I also wonder if the 02 sensor is healthy.

It was just water in the gas. I took care of it
