Separate point: Did they flat-bed it, or tow with the rear wheels on the ground? If the latter, then they could have damaged the transmission - not that this would be a non-start issue. On the X model, all four wheels have to be off the ground when being towed.

Back to original question: Do you have enough gas in the car? Does the starter motor crank at all? Do the lights work? Do all the console lights come on when you turn the key?

Basically: what are the exact symptoms that you are observing?

Finally, please do not use all caps on our site. To us, this indicates shouting ... Although, I suppose if I were seeing your symptoms, I might be shouting too.
