my car is hard to start!!!!!!

whats up fellow 240ians just recently did a tune up on the 240 I bought. replaced tumbler switch which was the fist problem, motor ran like a champ!! I decided to change oil, filter then the power steering pump broke. replaced that along with water pump and the cracked belts. The car was sitting for about 2years. I put the car back together, started the car it ran but had to adjust the belts, they squeakd. After all that work my injectors was dumping fuel in the cylinder(soaked plugs,excessive gas smell) So i replaced the o rings on 1 n 2 and replaced 3 n 4, replced fuel filter while i was in there. now it wont start, it will tumble and I have to give it alot of throttle for it to start. I also have to keep it at a high rpm for it to stay on, it idles like crap. just to make it clear the fuel pump comes on, there's no more gas smell, I didnt mess with the distributor cap and I 'm getting spark. I dont know cars but I'm good with my hands, and am willing to learn more. any help sill be appreciated.
